Motivated by my love of children's books, I opened Classic Tales in 1978, a Children's New & Used Bookshop on Antique Row in Kensington, MD. In 2024, Classic Tales was reestablished as an independent publisher.

Publishing children's books to engage all readers through whimsical stories and colorful illustrations, spreading the spirit of love, friendship, and kindness throughout the world.
